Our Warranty Policy

We guarantee that the materials and workmanship in all of the products we make will stand up to the use for which they are designed. Any defects in the materials or workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, fading or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Just call us and ask for “Customer Service.”

 It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. If you have a problem with an Obermeyer product, please return it to your Obermeyer dealer and they will make arrangements with us to take care of the problem. If it is not convenient for you to take your Obermeyer to a dealer, or if your local Obermeyer dealer cannot help you, please call us and ask for “Customer Service” and we’ll help you out. We will repair or replace the garment at our discretion. Repairs usually take about three to four weeks including shipping time, but this can vary at different times of the year.

 If you need a small replacement part like a zipper pull or compass, we may be able to simply send the replacement part to you. Please have the product on-hand when you give us a call and ask for “Customer Service.”
