Our Employee Commute ProgramThrough our valley wide and national TOP (Transportation Option Program) Obermeyer employees are encouraged to minimize their commuting impact by using public transportation, car pooling, walking and riding to work. Obermeyer has won numerous awards to achieving high percentages of employee participation. Some employees have won national awards for being the commuter-of-the-year in our regional competitions. Once we began our individual participation our company-wide involvement became infectious and soon everyone was feeling the camaraderie and a carbon free culture soon evolved. |
